Polyphos Chemical Laboratories Ltd. was founded in 1961 with the aim of becoming a vertically integrated manufacturer and distributor of food additives. During the 52 years following incorporation we have worked to develop new applications for condensed phosphates. The company's main product, ULTRAPOLYHOS, a highly condensed type of phosphoric acid salt, is recognized industry wide for its excellent quality and superior effectiveness. While at the same time, we have also been working diligently in product development, producing a wide range of products for a wide range of applications deriving from ULTRAPOLYHOS. As a result, our product line today extends well beyond the areas of phosphoric acid salts.We have received the acclaim of many esteemed domestic Japanese as well as foreign customers by developing products that improve and maintain quality of food products such as miso, soy sauce, juice, noodles, as well as processed seafood. In processed seafood our products have been proven effective in improving the overall quality of various seafood products, mainly shrimp, where we have been successful in improving the color, taste, texture, overall yields, and also effective in preventing discoloration, dripping, and deterioration during processing.It is our goal and mission to serve the food industry by making effective, high-quality products and that is why we devote most of our energy and resources toward product development.
